Illuminated engraving by Matthaus Seutter (1678 – 1757): “Artificial Sphaerae. Synoptica idea deleneatae et propositae à Matthaeo Seuttero, Chalcographo Augustano”.
The “Sphaera Armillaris” or armillary sphere at top center, the “Globus Coelestis” or celestial globe with the constellations and signs of the zodiac on the left and the “Globus Terrestris” or terrestrial globe on the right.
The title in a cartouche at top center, the legend within the box, bottom center.
