The Real Fábrica de Vidrios y Cristales de La Granja is a glass factory founded in the 18th century in San Ildefonso, near Segovia, Spain.
Felipe V, educated in the refinement of the Court of Versailles and connoisseur of the manufactures created by his grandfather Louis XIV, and later his sons Fernando VI and Carlos III establish and promote artistic production. In this royal breeding ground, the Royal Crystal Factory of La Granja was born, a delicate manufacture and today highly appreciated by collectors witnessed by its boom in auction houses where its famous chandeliers reach millionaire bids.
